Deposit & Payment Policy

All orders are placed online through our store. The following payment terms apply:

  • Orders are placed and paid for directly through our online store.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at checkout before work commences.
  • The remaining 50% balance is due upon approval of your final plan, before the completed files are released.
  • Proof of payment must be sent via WhatsApp or email immediately after payment.
  • Work begins only once your online order and deposit payment have been confirmed.
  • Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice.

Delivery & Turnaround Time

After placing your order online, our delivery process works in two stages — a proposal first, then a final plan. Here's what to expect:

  • Immediately after your online order is confirmed, we will begin work on your plan proposal.
  • You will receive a draft proposal within 2 working days of your order — a preliminary plan for you to review.
  • Once you receive the proposal, you may either request adjustments or approve it to proceed to the final plan.
  • Your complete final plan will be delivered within 7 days of your original online order.
  • Plans are delivered digitally via WhatsApp or email in PDF and/or CAD format.
  • Limpopo House Plans will not be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided at the time of ordering.
  • Rush delivery may be available at an additional cost — please enquire before placing your order.
How it works: Place order online → receive proposal within 2 working days → request adjustments or approve → receive final complete plan within 7 days of order.

Revisions & Amendments

All our plans are designed by a registered architect. Architect details are always included on every complete plan we deliver. We want you to be completely satisfied — revisions are part of our process.

  • All adjustments requested on your proposal are free of charge.
  • Each order includes unlimited free minor revisions after the final plan is delivered.
  • Revision requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your plan.
  • Minor revisions include small changes such as room labels, dimensions, window/door positions, and layout tweaks.
  • Major structural changes (e.g. changing storey type, full redesign, adding or removing rooms) are not considered minor revisions and will be quoted separately.
  • All revision requests must be submitted clearly in writing via WhatsApp or email.
  • Verbal requests will not be accepted as binding revision instructions.
Rural areas only — pre-priced online plans: Our pre-priced online plans are designed for rural area projects only and are not suitable for municipal submission. They do not include municipal detailing or submission documentation.
Municipal & township projects: If your project is in a municipality or township and requires plans for municipal submission or approval, please request a custom quote via our website, email or WhatsApp before placing any order.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this section carefully before placing your order.

  • The 50% deposit is strictly non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • If a client cancels before work has started, a partial refund may be considered at the discretion of Limpopo House Plans.
  • No refunds will be issued once the final plan has been delivered and approved by the client.
  • Refunds will not be granted due to a change of mind after delivery.
  • If Limpopo House Plans is unable to complete your order for any reason, a full refund will be issued within [X] business days.
Important: By making payment, the client confirms they have read, understood and agreed to this refund policy.

Limitation of Liability

Limpopo House Plans provides architectural drawing services. Please note the following important limitations:

  • Our plans are not certified by a registered architect or engineer unless explicitly stated and charged for separately.
  • Plans may require approval from your local municipality before construction — it is the client's responsibility to obtain all necessary approvals and permits.
  • Limpopo House Plans is not liable for any construction errors, structural failures or building defects arising from the use of our plans.
  • Clients are advised to consult a qualified structural engineer before commencing construction.
  • The materials list (if purchased) is provided as a guide only. Actual quantities may vary based on site conditions and builder estimates.
  • Site visit assessments are advisory in nature and do not constitute a formal professional inspection.
Disclaimer: By purchasing our plans, the client accepts full responsibility for compliance with local building regulations and construction standards.

Privacy Policy

Limpopo House Plans respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

  • We collect only the personal information necessary to process your order (name, contact details, payment reference).
  • Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties without your consent.
  • Payment details are processed directly via Capitec Bank and are not stored by Limpopo House Plans.
  • By contacting us, you consent to receiving communication related to your order via WhatsApp, phone or email.
  • You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us directly.
